Available in April only. These delicacies, traditionally served on Good Friday, meld the flavors of Zante currants macerated in rum, fresh lemon and orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom to create an unforgettable treat for your palate. The crosses, made out of a flour paste, are baked into the buns. After they are removed from the oven, they are covered with a sweet sugar syrup for a perfect finishing touch.
